The Regulations of ParlAmericas serve as comprehensive rules of governance for the organization. The new Regulations were finalized by the Board of Directors at the 32nd Board meeting in San Jose, Costa Rica, on August 20, 2013. The Regulations were formally enacted on October 1, 2013.*
